THE GALLERY AND LEGAL NOTICES
The website www.badguir.com (hereinafter referred to as “Badguir”) is published by Galerie Badguir, a structure dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art from the Arab and Iranian world in Paris.
Founded and directed by Zahra Jahan Bakhsh, the gallery is located at 114 rue Vieille-du-Temple, 75003 Paris, France.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Galerie Badguir and any person (hereinafter the “Client”) wishing to acquire a work via the Site, by email or during a remote exchange.
Any order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

THE WORKS
The works offered are described as accurately as possible (visuals, dimensions, technique, year). Each piece being unique or published in limited edition, their availability is indicative and subject to confirmation.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Any shipping, insurance, or customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer and will be specified upon request.
Payment is made by bank transfer or any other method agreed upon with the gallery. Ownership of the work is transferred upon full payment.

DELIVERY
Deliveries are organized to the address provided by the Customer, in France or internationally. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Badguir is committed to careful packaging and to assisting with customs formalities if necessary.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to works produced or framed on request, or personalized.
